昨日は、今年度最初の東京英語勉強会でした。やはり、ひとりで
ラジオ講座の復習をやるよりも、他の人と一緒にやった方が
勉強にもなりますし、やる気も出ますね。

【unveil】（秘密などを）明かす、公表する、発表する

→（GMが新たに発表した電気二輪車である）「プーマ」は、ニューヨークで
発表したが、インドや中国などの人口が密集した都市でもっとも受け入れ
られるかもしれないとBorroni-Bird氏は述べた。

このセグウェイと協力し、米国の自動車最大手であるGM（ゼネラル・
モーターズ）は、「プーマ」という名前の電気自動車を発表しました。

セグウェイと同じように体の重心を移動させて動かす、二人乗りの
乗り物です。

環境や財布にもやさしい新しい電気自動車で、苦境に陥っているGM復活の
起爆剤になるでしょうか。
